The rooms were initially musty but improved with ventilation; however, noise from the train side was noticeable at night. The service was friendly overall, with particularly positive email interactions. The dining experience offered impressive variety, though not ideal for vegetarians or vegans. The convenient location near city attractions and transportation hubs is a significant plus.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience.
